Yes. All pearls used in Fafaloha jewelry are genuine pearls, selected for their natural beauty, luster, and character. Variations in shape, size, and surface are part of what makes each piece unique.
Are your pieces handmade?
Each piece is thoughtfully assembled and finished by hand using carefully selected materials. Natural variation is expected and celebrated.
Do you offer custom jewelry?
No. Fafaloha does not offer custom or made-to-order designs. All pieces are created as part of curated collections.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Please see the Shipping & Exchanges page for full details.
Can I exchange my piece for a different size or style?
Yes, when available. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery and items must be unworn and in original condition.
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available. Delivery times and customs fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Where are you located?
Fafaloha is based on Maui, Hawaii. Jewelry is available online and at select pop-up locations around the island. Current locations are listed on the Pop-Up Locations page.
Can I see the jewelry in person?
Yes. Pop-up locations are listed on the website and updated regularly. Seeing pearls in person is always encouraged.
How should I care for my pearls?
